AMVS/AECC Financial Policy
We at AMVS/AECC understand that this may be a difficult time for you and your pet. We realize a visit to our clinic is unplanned and the associated fees are unexpected. We would like to offer the following options to assist you:
Cash payments are gladly accepted.
Personal Checks (NO BUSINESS CHECKS)
We accept personal checks only with a current driver’s license. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed on all returned checks. When you provide us with a check as payment you authorize us to either use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.
We accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover* (* denotes AECC only)
CareCredit is a credit card dedicated to health care. It involves a no cost application, which can be processed immediately. We offer a 6 month no interest payment plan. Please ask one of our staff for additional information or an application, if interested.
CitiHealth Card, much like CareCredit, is a line of credit that can be used for various health care visits, human and animal alike. The application can be processed in-house at no cost to you. There are several payment option plans available. Please ask one of our staff for additional information or for an application, if interested.
Veterinary Pet Insurance
We work with all Veterinary Insurance Providers, and can supply you with any information or records you require in order to obtain reimbursement of funds spent on your pet during his/her AECC visit.
Payment in full is due at the time of services. For hospitalized cases, a deposit is required in advance. The balance is due upon discharge from the hospital.
