Leigh Gray, DVM, DACVD, is originally from Newnan, Georgia, and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2008 from the University of Georgia. During her time spent in veterinary school, she began cultivating a love for dermatology thanks to a very special golden retriever named Wyatt. Following graduation, Dr. Gray moved cross country to Denver for a 1-year rotating internship at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital where she continued developing her interest in dermatology, as well as her love for all things Colorado. After her internship, she attended The Ohio State University and completed 3 years of dermatology residency training with a thesis masters. Upon achieving specialty board-certification from the American College of Veterinary Dermatology in 2013, Dr. Gray practiced at a busy dermatology practice in south Florida before moving back to Colorado.
Her special interests include chronic ear disease, infectious skin disease, and challenging allergy cases. Dr. Gray is a member of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Gray spends her spare time exploring the wonders of Colorado.
